What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the unit you use to generate or edit images in Nano Banana. Each time you run a prompt, it uses a set number of credits depending on the edit. New users get free bonus credits to try the tool, and you can purchase extra credit packs whenever you need.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch from credits to a subscription whenever you like. Plan changes take effect immediately, so you always stay in control of how you pay and use Nano Banana.
Do unused credits roll over?
Purchased credit packs never expire, so you can save and use them whenever you want. Credits that come with subscriptions reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Is Nano Banana free to use?
Nano Banana is not fully free. New users receive free trial credits to explore the features, but continued use requires either a subscription or purchasing additional credits.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day refund policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, all sales are final. If a refund is approved, credits associated with that purchase will be revoked.
